What we collect when you join a business. When you scan a Snap2Tap sign and choose to join, we receive your name and email address from Google or Apple (or from the form you fill in), and your mobile number only if you opt in to texts. Your phone number is shared only if you enter it after joining; you can also choose, separately, to receive texts. We record the time, the consent wording you saw, your device type and IP address as proof of each choice.
Who receives it. Only the business you chose to join. Each business sees only the people who joined that business. We never sell your information.
Your choices. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can see and revoke every business you've joined at My connections. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Remembering you. After you join once, a secure cookie on your phone lets you join other Snap2Tap businesses with one tap. If you share a phone number, we keep it on your Snap2Tap account so it's filled in for you next time. Each business still needs your tap before it receives your email or number.
